Fiction:
Preview the first chapter to my novella, The Case of Jane Chapman. Driven to reverse
a curse that has inflicted death upon his family, Harold Chapman enlists the help of the
town physician, Dr. Hans Myerburg. Together the two men encounter dreadful horrors
and find themselves partaking in cannibalistic rituals to ward off the evil entities at
work. The true horror of what Harold refers to as, “the torturing pestilence”, isn’t what
it’s done to his family, but what it will become if they don’t destroy it, an unstoppable
force of death-walking terror.

Essays:
Who was the American named Dr. Francis Tumblety? Could he be the elusive Jack the
Ripper, the serial killer who stalked the depraved streets of England murdering
prostitutes for sheer pleasure? Read the essay and determine if Dr. Tumblety truly
was Jack the Ripper. Maybe you enjoy classic art such as the famous Depression era
photo, “Migrant Mother”. If so, then read the two essays dedicated to the classic black
and white photo.
